dots JT Forms provides another useful feature to enhance the functions of dots iSWT 4. With this optional addition print shops can offer the possibility to order personalized print products. 

But how does that work? It is quite easy. Please have a look at our example: 

A customer regularly orders business cards for his staff and sends a new print file for every order. It is always the same layout, but the data is changing. 

With dots JT Forms you can offer this customer a much more comfortable and faster way of ordering: In dots iSWT 4 you deposit the layout template for his business cards. Instead of the given data you include predefined fields for the text input. For preparing the layout template with text fields you use the form function of Adobe Acrobat. It is a very simple but effective way to create personalized print products. 

Now the customer just needs to select the business cards in dots iSWT 4 and to fill the text fields with new data, such as name, occupational title and extension. Done! 

As with every other print product, the print job goes into the order list and can be produced from there. Plus the customer can have this print job reprinted at any time. 

Needless to say, that this feature can be used for plenty of other situations as well. Just to name a few: ordering personalized brochures, printing name tags or ordering training material with the current date.
