You can add options at any time to the standard version of AccurioPro Compile.
Software Maintenance Plan
Updates and upgrades included
The Software Maintenance Plan (SMP) provides a convenient way to keep your software up-to-date.
It includes:
- Updates, e.g. from version 5.0 to version 5.x, containing bug fixes and enhanced features
- Upgrades, e.g. from version 5 to version 6, containing additional functionality
- Maintenance Releases containing bug fixes for current issues
Your benefits:
- Your software solutions is always up-to-date.
- You can upgrade to new version without further costs.
- You get planning reliability because you won't be surprised by sudden investments in new software versions.
A one-year SMP is already included in our software solution. But we definitely suggest extending your maintenance agreement to benefit from future updates and upgrades.
Customizing
We customize our software to meet your individual needs
You have special requirements because our software solution needs to be integrated in your IT environment? Or you need a particular feature to use the software at all?
It is in the nature of standardized "out of the box" applications that they cannot always totally match with the needs and requirements of the individual customer. For these special requirements we have a dedicated team for software customization at dots. First they check if your requirement can be implemented and find - wherever possible - a convenient solution for your problem.
