AccurioPro Label Impose: Version 1.2 released

An update for AccurioPro Label Impose is available, which focuses on performance improvements when impositioning VDP documents (PDF/VT) with high page count.
An update is availabe for AccurioPro Label Impose, our software solution for fast and efficient ganging of labels specifically designed for Konica Minolta's label printers.
New in version 1.2
callas technology improves imposition performance
We have implemented pdfToolbox technology from callas software in AccurioPro Label Impose, which is used for impositioning the print files. callas software is a leading company for automatic PDF processing, whose technology is also used by other software companies such as Adobe. The new technology mainly improves performance when impositioning VDP files (PDF/VT) with high page counts.
Configurable page margin
Although the AccurioLabel 190 paper feed is roll-based, the output of the printed image is based on individual pages that are printed repeatedly. The machine inserts a page margin of 1 mm (0.0394 in) between the pages that we have automatically cropped from the layout in our software in order to maintain the original page height in the printout.
However, since new firmware versions for the label printer no longer add this page margin, automatic cropping of the layout is no longer required for these devices. The operator can now configure whether the margin is necessary or not.
